Our Blueprint for the Future:

The following outlines our multi-stage masterplan for the physical HiTeck Eco Center campus. While these sustainable facilities and spatial co-working zones are being systematically developed on our property, our technology consulting division is fully live and operational today, delivering remote enterprise program governance and data migrations globally.

HiTeck Eco Center is our company’s flagship project in Portugal — a live innovation lab and tech incubator blending advanced software systems and green building systems.

It will serve as a real-world sandbox where we design, implement, and stress-test the complex multi-system integrations, data frameworks, and workflows that we deploy for our enterprise clients.

Vision

Our vision is to develop our rural property, preserving its history and tradition but transforming it by combining nature and technology, into a sustainable and green facility to support remote co-working and living spaces, in a peaceful and tranquil natural paradise.

Outdoor Theme

The exterior of buildings will use sustainable, energy-efficient materials, and will be designed and finished to blend in with the natural surroundings. 

There will be walking paths through the majestic cork forest and luscious orange grove, with seating benches for rest stops or conversation with other guests and team members.

There will be areas for collaboration and brainstorming, spaces to eat, drink, exercise and quiet spaces for thoughtful reflection.

Indoor Theme

Indoors there will be various spaces for co-working, pods for small meetings or private calls, medium and large meeting rooms, conference rooms, training facilities, all fully equipped and with hi-speed WIFI for remote virtual meetings.

There will be accommodation for Digital Nomads and engineering implementation teams, for short or long stays.

Specialty Centers

There will be various Centers, each with their particular focus and purpose.

  • Technology Center: where companies can showcase their latest technologies, including platforms and tools supporting software design and implementation to smart technologies for sustainability and energy efficiency. 
  • Software Development Center: with all the supports for team collaboration and tools for software development.
